1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fluorite.store, including any products, software license keys, reseller services, support channels, and related digital services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by FluoriteNetwork / Fluorite Store ("Fluorite," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Services or purchase any product from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Fluorite. By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services is permitted under the laws that apply to you.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

Fluorite sells digital products and services, including software license keys, reseller balance, and related account or support access. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery is completed electronically through the website, your account, email, Discord, Telegram, or another official support channel. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information before completing your purchase.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices, availability, product descriptions, subscription durations, and supported payment methods may change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in United States Dollars.

You agree to provide accurate purchase information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, cryptocurrency processors, or other supported payment services.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a digital product has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility requirements, device requirements, subscription duration, and any usage risks. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, compatibility issues, account bans, suspensions, revoked game accounts, unused subscription time, or failure to follow setup instructions.

6. License and Acceptable Use

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal use during the stated license period. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, brand, assets, or any related intellectual property.

You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, leak, or redistribute license keys or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack, bypass, or tamper with our products.
• Copy our website, product cards, videos, logos, text, pricing tables, or brand identity.
• Use the Services to commit fraud, abuse payment processors, or mislead other users.
• Impersonate Fluorite, operate fake Fluorite domains, or claim to be an official reseller unless we have expressly authorized you in writing.

7. Product Risk and Third-Party Platforms

Some products may interact with third-party games, apps, operating systems, or platforms that we do not own or control. You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting the risks of using those products.

Fluorite is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, restrictions, loss of access, device issues, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Verification

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, and false disputes are strictly prohibited. If we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we may delay delivery, request verification, suspend access, revoke license keys, ban accounts, or refuse future service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our website design, source code, software, databases, product cards, videos, images, text, logos, trade names, branding, and visual identity, are owned by Fluorite or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, mirror, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our Content or Marks without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to submit takedown requests, abuse reports, trademark complaints, and legal claims against impersonation, cloning, or unauthorized use of our materials.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue any product, feature, price, support channel, or part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country, region, or technical environment.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of the Services.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluorite and its owners, operators, contractors, and support staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost access, account suspensions, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, revoke license keys, remove reseller access, or refuse service if we believe you violated these Terms, abused our support or payment systems, engaged in fraud, or created risk for Fluorite, our customers, or our partners.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
